Online purchases are eligible for a refund or exchange in line with Australian Consumer Law. Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another workshop or issued as store credit.

To keep shipping costs low, majority of our cushions come without inserts. If you live locally and collect in person or at a market, you can choose to include an insert.

We ship within Australia for $12 per parcel.
